The large Game room downstairs has a Pool table, a Ping-Pong table and a game of Skittles, made of wood. There is also the new large washer/dryer in this room that is very quiet, so folks can play while the laundry is being done. There is a wireless router in the Family Room for DSL connection.
New upgrades include locally harvested and newly installed hardwood floors, organic linens, and low voc paint throughout.
There is a fully fenced-in yard with gate on the driveway. Easy, and less than a 1 block walk to the marvelous large & sandy Sunny Cove Beach and just 2 blocks to the wonderful local Farmers Market on Sundays during the summer. Off-street parking for 4+ cars. Sorry no pets.
